Registration

Welcome To Seeros
Registration and home visits.

You may complete the enquiry form and a member of our highly qualified team will contact you or alternatively we welcome you to visit and take a tour around one or both our nurseries, thus allowing you to speak to us in person to make a more informed decision about how we can accommodate your child’s needs. You can ask us as many questions as you wish as we at Seeros Daycare understand that choosing the right nursery for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make for your child.

On expressing an interest in enrolling your child with Seeros Daycare you will be invited to allow one of our highly qualified and experienced staff members to come to your home at a mutually convenient time in order to give your child and you the opportunity to meet staff and ask any questions as well as complete the registration paperwork.

Our Gradual Admission System

The aim of the gradual admission programme is to introduce your child and you to our nursery and staff caring for your child whilst he/she is in our care.

We request that parents or carers accompany their child for three separate visits in order to help the child settle into the nursery as stress free as possible. Some children or parents/carers may feel more comfortable with having more than three sessions; this can be arranged.

A Suggested Programme for Admission.

Day 1 - Parent/carer and child attend the nursery for 30 minutes to view the room that the child will be in and meet the member of staff that will be working with the child (Key Person).

Day 2 - Parent/carer and child attend the nursery for 1 hour, the child is accompanied by the parent /carer for half an hour after which they leave the child with their child’s key person for a further 30 minutes whilst they wait on the premises.

Day 3 - Child attends the nursery for one hour without being accompanied by their parent/carer in the classroom.

Please note that this is only a suggested programme some parents/carers do not feel the need to phase their child in and other children require more time. We are happy to discuss any alternative or extended arrangements where required.

We are fully aware of the anxiety that parents/carers may have when leaving their child for the first time. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you like about the nursery and the staff we employ when you require.
